• Provide administrative support to the Legal Director, be the major point of contact for all organizational and monitoring matters, as well as the bridge between the Function and internal / external stakeholders
• Major point of contact for all levels of the business across functions and also outside.


• University degree in management and secretariat or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Law is an advantage
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in an administrative role.

As Legal Personal Assistant, you should be able to:
• Supervises reception of visitors & public relations, delivery of mails and other services in town, manages Legal visitors to and from the brewery, hotel accommodation and booking, organizes travels, booking, confirmation, purchase of services in Legal.
• Controls all invoices brought in for the Legal Director’s approval, filling and archiving documents, manages LD agenda, scheduled appointments, incoming and outgoing mails, dispatching correspondences, draft replies and translation for the LD.
• Controls use of office equipment and maintenance, liaison with training centre for meetings and logistics, with Public relations services, with drivers for pick up, hotels and others
• Liaise with others departments for cross-functional communication, with external groups, maintain an excellent office environment, order of stationery to avoid out-of-stock


You will need to have:
• Strong communication skills combined with the ability to influence
• Ability to cope with confidential matters
• Very good planning and organization ability
• Personnel management skills
• Clear understanding of company policies and procedures
• Security / Safety sensitivity at all times
• Works to exceed the team’s expectations.

You will also need to be:
• Dynamic and committed
• Credible with external and internal partners;
• Computer literate (Microsoft office),
• Bilingual English / French
